Environmental Reliability
In today's highly competitive market, product quality and reliability have become increasingly valued by both markets and customers.
In today's highly competitive market, product function and appearance are no longer the primary focus for branded enterprises. Instead, product quality and reliability have become increasingly valued by both markets and customers. By using a variety of environmental testing equipment that simulate climatic conditions such as high and low temperatures, varying humidity levels, and rapid temperature changes, we can accelerate the identification of potential failures in real-world usage environments. This allows us to verify that the product meets the expected quality targets set during the R&D stage, ultimately evaluating the product's overall reliability and lifespan.
Key Life Test
Key life standard refers to the design life of keys on a keyboard or other electronic device. This usually indicates the number of presses the key can withstand under normal use.
Key life standards can vary by device and manufacturer, but can usually be divided into the following levels:
10,000 press life: This is a common lifespan standard for some low-cost keyboards and electronic devices. It means that the keys can withstand approximately 10,000 presses under normal usage conditions.
100,000 press life: This is the standard life of most ordinary keyboards and electronic devices. This means that the keys can withstand about 100,000 presses under normal use.
1000,000 press life: This is the standard life of some high-end keyboards and electronic devices. This means that the keys can withstand about 1 million presses under normal use.
It is important to note that these life standards are based on estimates under normal use and may be affected by factors such as how, how hard and how often they are used. In actual use, if a large number of key operations are often performed, the life of the key may be slightly reduced.
Temperature and Humidity Test
The high and low temperature test can simulate different environmental conditions, including high temperature, low temperature, wet, dry and other environmental factors, so that the product can be more real and comprehensive evaluation in the experiment. Under high temperature conditions, the product may encounter deformation, aging and other problems.
At low temperature, the mechanical properties and chemical properties of the product will change accordingly. In a humid environment, the product may have problems such as corrosion and oxidation. The high and low temperature wet and heat test can help enterprises or laboratories to understand the durability and adaptability of products more comprehensively, so as to carry out subsequent improvements and upgrades.
Test Items

Salt Spray
Salt spray test is a kind of environmental test which mainly uses artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray test equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. It is divided into two categories, one is the natural environmental exposure test, the other is the artificial accelerated simulated salt spray environmental test. Artificial simulated salt spray environmental test is to use a test equipment with a certain volume space - salt spray test chamber, in its volume space with artificial methods to create a salt spray environment to assess the quality of the product's salt spray corrosion resistance.
Test Items
Neutral salt spray test | acetate spray test | copper accelerated acetate spray test | comprehensive salt spray test
Plug and Unplug Life Test
Plug and unplug life test is a test method used to measure the stability and durability of a connector or plug jack. It is commonly used in the field of electronic equipment manufacturing, such as the manufacturing process of mobile phones, computers, power outlet and other electronic products.
